We use local financial institutions, graphic design, accounting and services. Most of our chocolate is fair trade certified from Peru, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. The remainder is fairly traded (but not certified) from Columbia. For those ingredients we can’t find locally, fair trade helps global partners improve their quality of life.
