- Silo Ink offers products that are eco-friendly
- Silo Ink offers a greener printing option for customers
- Refill bottles are used for ink cartridges
- Customers have an option of mailing back their refill bottles for reuse rather than recycling
What have been some of your biggest challenges about going green?
Most people have a negative view of refillable ink cartridges, so exposure has been a bit of an issue. Getting customers to realize that the product exists. Once they see the quality of our products they are very pleased. Customers even ask us for what printers they should purchase to get the best result from our products.
What positive results have you seen from going green?
It feels good knowing that you are doing something to help the environment. There is an entire community that is increasingly reaching out for more eco-friendly products. With my business we are trying to reach out to that community and provide a quality product.
